Aqua & Hot Pink Mary Jane Baby Booties

I have been working on a custom order for a lady here in town for a few days now.  I wish I could just sit down and sew, but having 3 kids 5 and under makes some days quite interesting.   I just finished them and I think they are so stinkin cute I just had to share with you!

Two Months

If you follow my health & fitness blog you know it has been about 2 months since I had my miscarriage.  I wrote about it here after it happen which helped me to deal with the grieving proccess.

I will say God never leaves us!  Since the miscarriage, I have started to regain my health back! For the first few weeks I could barely do anything all day long.  Now I take the kids to the park after school & have been doing longer walks!  (Which is such a blessing since a year ago I could not dress myself due to a herniated disk.)  I might add I have already lost 10 pounds!

We want to have more children and we are leaving it in God's hands.  All I can do is make sure my body is as healthy as it can be for that little one!

If you have ever gone through a miscarriage, my heart goes out to you!  I found that friends that have gone through it where there when I needed comfort, but those who had not didn't know for sure what to say or do.

Cupcake? Yes, Please!

I have been having so much fun thinking of new gifts for your little ones.  Lately, I have been focusing on preschool and toddler aged children.  A few weeks ago, I made an adorable Pink & Brown Apron, but before I was completely finished my three year old son had to cut into it!  Needless to say my twin daughters will be using that little apron!

I brought my twin daughter, Tori, with me to the fabric shop the other day.  She has so much fun helping me pick out which fabrics would look good together.  I have to add that she seems to have a pretty good eye for that!  I think you will agree with her selection!

I have to admit that while making this adorable apron I was craving some cupcakes with yummy frosting!  I think tomorrow I need to go out and buy the ingredients to make some with my kuddlebugz!

This apron will be at Sprout Again Children's Consignment Store 2106 W Nob Hill Yakima, WA.  I will soon be adding more to my Etsy shop too!

Not enough hours!

Do you ever feel like there isn't enough hours in the day to accomplish all the things you would like or need to?  I have been feeling a bit bogged down lately!  As many of you know we homeschool, or should I say "I" homeschool our kids.  We are offically doing kindergarten with our 5 year old twins and unofficially bits & pieces with our 3 year old.  I absolutely love being able to pour into my children in this way!  If you ever have to chance to homeschool...do it!

This year I have seen our girls struggle with knowing the sounds and names off all the ABC's and now they are reading and have spelling tests almost every week!  Oh and they are getting perfect scores!  Yes, I am a very proud momma!

The past few weeks I have just been exhausted!  There are so many fun projects I want to do with them that just don't get done.  I am hoping that my doctor will be able to adjust my thyroid meds to help with this!  :)

On top of the schooling, just keep up with the household chores has been...well a chore!  But I will confess that I have spent too many hours thinking about what new Baby creations I will make!  I have been researching some patterns!  I love being able to create...it is my outlet.  I am hoping that in the next few weeks I will be able to share some of my new ideas!  Be on the look out for baby gift sets, baby sandals, baby booties, nursing covers, bibs, headbands and more!  Find us on Facebook to see the latest deals and happenings!
